“11″ Round-Up

Man oh man it’s been super busy these past couple of weeks.  We shot my SS12 lookbook which I can’t wait for you to see, big shout-out to Sergio de Luz, Laura Lashley and Alexis Ostrowski and to Marlow & Sons for letting us shoot in their gallery space.  It  was a lovely way to end 2011!

If I take a second to breath and reflect I can say without a doubt that has been an amazing year for me professionally and personally and in a bittersweet goodbye – here is my ‘year that was’  tribute, cue lights and music…

Shooting

Well, it’s that time of year again and I’m due to shoot next Thursday for SS12.  As a precursor of sorts I assisted on my photographers (Sergio de Luz) shoot.  He has a talent for building teams out of thin air…Nei Cruz in make-up, Laura Lashley doing hair, twin sisters Elissa and Shaunna styling and Jorge and I in charge of the reflectors…it was shot on the U.W.S. and perfectly fitted the clothes that were pulled from heavy hitting Haute Couture houses like Ferragamo, Chanel and Louis Vuitton – about the closest I’ll ever get to wearing such amazing clothes…

From what I had the chance to see in between shots the photos are going to look spectacular.  Below is model Alexandra who gave all the girls major hair envy! All photos from her portfolio.
